The Learning Takeaways is a converstation between you and Mista Pat. Here is your opportunity to discuss what you learned from the material for the week. The best kind of learning takeaways tell a story. Tell Mista Pat a story about how the material related to you. Did you find yourself in a similar situation? Did anything remind you of something that happened to a friend or family member?

A good set of takeaways will explain how you can use the information to your benefit or how it relates to your life. Do not simply repeat the assignment by stating what you learned (ex. This week I learned the definition of entrepreneurship). A good example of what to write would be the following: After learning the definition of entrepreneurship, I realized I have always been an entrepreneur since I was a kid selling stuff to my classmates.

A learning takeaway submission should have a minimum word count of 300 words. Any submission with less than 300 words will have to be re-submitted with the minimum amount of words.
