the project will be a research paper on a treatment or rehabilitation program used in corrections. This program can be for male or female offenders, adult or juvenile offenders, one conducted inside the correctional facility or in the community. You get to pick which program and who it targets.

The paper will include a title page, and a source page, (at least 3 sources other than your text). It will be written in APA format. I will post information on using APA format.

The paper will include, but is not limited to: the name of the program, how the program began, who the program is directed, how the program works, what is supposed to be accomplished when the offender completes the program, success rates of the program.

I do not require a minimal number of pages, but you must give all the information about the program.

The project will be worth a total of 100 points.

To begin your search I suggest you go to the library and look in the research data base for articles or books. EBSCOHOST is a very good source. You may need to play with words to obtain information. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. That is what the librarian is for.
