Assessment 2: Individual Reflection (50%) Throughout the unit, you must maintain a reflection that appraises your own leadership styles and skills whilst working on the Group Report and Presentation. The reflection is a 2,000-word report that requires academic references. The Individual reflection is to assess the following learning outcomes: LO1: Critically appraise the main theories associated with leadership and their potential impacts within hospitality organisations. LO4: Critically assess the importance of effective (a) leadership and (b) innovation upon the performance of hospitality organisations. PLEASE use academic resources like academic journals important and outstanding resources as I really need an A on this paper. In the document I have attached I included instructions for this first assessment (Don’t think its necessary but just in case) but I would say im more of a dominant lassez fairez leader style and I also included the grading rubric. Make sure its all consistent and very engaging with literature.
